Laconium Tepidarium
The Laconium cabin is for people who feel the Finnish Sauna is too hot or for those who feel that the humidity of the traditional steam bath is too high.
The purification process starts in a harmonious atmosphere with approximately 50°C to 60°C. This gentle treatment is enjoyable for all. The most famous bath from the antique times was called by the Romans "Tepidarium". This was known as the "artificial fever" with a cabin temperature of about 39°C. This temperature creates an optimal condition to build the immune system.
Laconium
The Laconium bath simulates your blood circulation which activates a natural purification process. Through allow perspiration, a natural purification; the cabin's temperature is set between 50°C and 60°C. This treatment should last for at least half an hour.
Tepidarium
Tepidarium is a healthy regenerating bath with cabin temperatures of between 37°C and 39°C. The name Tepidarium comes from "the house of Tepidarium" with similar healing properties. The difference to other cabins is this one optimises energy reserve. We engineer our construction to economise using the latest technical devices.
