The Laconium cabin is for those people who feel a Finnish Sauna is too hot or that the humidity of the traditional steam bath is too high.

The purification process starts in a harmonious atmosphere with temperatures at approximately 50°C (122°F) to 60°C (140°F). This gentle treatment is enjoyable for all.

The most famous bath from ancient times was called “Tepidarium” by the Romans. Often referred to as the “artificial fever” this cabin with a temperature of about 39°C (102°F) creates an optimal environment to build the body‘s immune system.
